Deliveries
When you have placed an order we will send
you a confirmation email confirming receipt
or your order. This will also contain details
of your order including an order reference
number. Your order presents an offer to
us to make a purchase which is accepted
by us when we process payment for your order.
When we accept your order we will send a
despatch confirmation via email. Any items
on the same order which we have not confirmed
in a despatch form part of that contract.
If you have incorrectly entered your email
address your confirmation and despatch email
will fail. So long as payment has
been processed successfully this will in
no way affect your order.
(Failure by us to send a receipt confirmation
email or despatch confirmation email in
no way invalidates your order or our acceptance
of your offer).
For security reasons, Image Temptations
online purchases will be delivered only
to the billing address of your credit card
and will require a signature upon delivery.
Should there not be a responsible person
to sign for the package, it will be re-delivered
at a different time. Any further attempts
to deliver an item, then re-delivery costs
may be forwarded to the customer. Delivery
charges are specified when you place an
order. Please allow up to 14 days to process
your order unless specified otherwise. This
is due to our limited stock in order to
maintain our exclusivity. Orders are processed
and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding
public and bank holidays. All purchases
are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery,
dispatched by next day service, unless otherwise
agreed. Image Temptations cannot be held
responsible for any unanticipated delays.
Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Post and Packaging
Delivery charges are shown next to the product
price in the shopping basket. In the unfortunate
event that your goods are damaged in transit,
please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
If your goods have been signed for as received
in good condition (when packaging has been
damaged in transit) we may not be able to
offer a refund or replacement. If an order
is not delivered please contact us for details
of the tracking and tracing procedure.
Returns Policy
Faulty or unwanted goods must be returned
within seven days of purchase. We will accept
returns providing the goods have not been
worn, used or damaged for a full refund.
The item must be returned in new and unused
condition, in the original packaging and
with all paperwork, parts and accessories
to ensure a full credit. New and unused
means that there are no scratches, marks
or blemishes on the item; there are no signs
of wear on the product, the tags or the
case; and the product must not have been
sized or altered in any way. Image Temptations
cannot accept a return of any item with
any indication that it has been used. We
strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery
service when returning goods to us, we are
not responsible for any lost property.
