• How long is the hire for?
The cost of hiring is for 3 (three days)
• Can I just turn up or do I need to make an appointment?
You don't need to make an appointment but it is always better. Shop opens 9-5.30 Mon-Sat.
Open by appointment only Tuesdays 5-8pm. Ring 0208 959 1647.
• What is the average hire fee?
Prices star at £80 up to £175 for designer pieces.
• Is there an extra charge for extended hire time?
There will be a 20% charge per day after the 3 day hire time.
• What size ranges do you cater for?
Usually 6 to 14 but we can get smaller and larger sizes .
• Is there a deposit required and if so how much?
We do ask for a credit card deposit before you take the dress, but this is refunded
when it is
returned in good condition.
You can pay this by cheque with cheque guarantee card or cash.
• Do you take all methods of payment?
Yes, we accept cash, cheque, credit and debit cards.
• Do you charge extra for alterations?
There is a small charge for alterations depending on the work.
• Do I need to clean the dress before bringing it back?
No, the cost of cleaning is included in the hire fee.
