Sizing and Pricing
Many countries have different sizing systems
therefore we have given an equivalent to
XS, S, M, L, XS according to the fitting
tried by our retail clientele although the
original designer sizing is also displayed.
All items shown are in stock unless the
words sold out appears in the box. Please
beware that even if the product is in the
shopping bag it is not reserved and can
be bought by another client while browsing.
If an item is out of stock please email
us and we might be able to get one for you.
We will endeavour to fulfill all orders
immediately, however should we experience
a problem we will contact you immediately.
Due to our exclusivity we do not carry large
volumes of stock. We reserve the right to
alter our terms or duration of any special
offers or sale promotions.
Many of our pieces feature natural materials
(semi-precious stones, natural cottons,
furs, leathers, etc.) therefore colours,
shades, grains and markings will inevitably
vary slightly from piece to piece due to
the nature of the material used and its
authenticity.
While we try to ensure that all prices on
our website are accurate, errors may occur.
Should this happen you have the option to
reconfirm de order at the correct price
or cancel it. Title of the goods does not
pass to you until payment in full has been
received.
Duties and Taxes
Prices on the website are shown as UK VAT
inclusive. When ordering from overseas you
may be subject to import duties and taxes
which are levied once de delivery reaches
the specified destination. Any additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne
by you, we have no control over charges
and cannot predict what the may be. Customer
will be informed via email to confirm order
prior to accepting payment.

We have strict policies and security measures
in order to protect your data. Your personal
information will not be passed onto any
third party except for the purpose of delivery
unless required by law or in connection
with a legal claim or procedure. We might
use it from time to time only to review
your performance and to improve our services
to you or to communicate with you about
an order. In the eventuality that Image
Temptations is acquired by another entity,
information about its database may be available
to the new entity.

environment. However, while we take all

data transmission can be guaranteed to be
secure from access by unintended recipients
and you will not hold us responsible for
